EU member states race ahead with dismantling green regulations

This Thursday (22 May), EU member states will meet to try to finalise the bloc’s rollback of three major sustainability laws pushed through by the previous Ursula von der Leyen commission.

The laws in question are the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the EU Taxonomy.
