Grindr scandal rocks Swedish government as national security advisor resigns

An unexpected crisis has struck Sweden’s centre-right government, following the abrupt resignation of Tobias Thyberg, the recently-appointed national security adviser.

Thyberg, a senior diplomat with ambassadorial experience in both Ukraine and Afghanistan, stepped down just hours after his appointment on 8 May.
