EU working on joint purchase of critical materials deal as Chinese crisis talks loom

EU Commission officials are preparing plans to establish joint purchasing and stockpiling of critical raw materials needed to power the bloc’s green transition, as EU firms reel from new Chinese power plays to limit their export.
