Cold shoulder for Russia's new ambassador in Brussels

Russia has sent a new ambassador to Belgium, amid fresh talks on security risks posed by Moscow's envoys to Europe. 

The 51-year-old Denis Gonchar became Russia's bilateral ambassador to Belgium on 17 September, when King Philippe accepted his credentials.
