German journalist to take European Commission to court

A Brussels-based journalist at the centre of a Belgian police raid is to take his case to the European courts, it has emerged.

Hans-Martin Tillack, Brussels correspondent for German news magazine Stern, has filed a case against the European Commission at the Court of First Instance asking for damages of 250,000 euro and demanding that the case against him be annulled.
